Company History

Founded in 1999, Edaptive Systems, a certified 8(a) Veteran-owned small business rated as CMMI Level II, provides both public and private sector customers with high level information technology services. We support a broad spectrum of IT services, from requirements management, to software development and testing, to project and program management for the entire IT investment life cycle. Our contracts include systems that have been built from the ground up, as well as those that expand and redesign the capabilities of existing systems to handle new and more complex requirements.

We are growing rapidly and anticipate having over 100 technically superior professionals on staff by the end of 2010. The value of our current federal healthcare contracts is already over $100M. Our corporate culture fosters career growth, community service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to implementing cost-effective and innovative solutions while providing the highest standard of customer service.

    “2010 Best Places to Work”.

    Edaptive Systems is a finalist in the Small Business category (21-100 Employees) of BBJ’s “Best Places to Work” award for 2010. Edaptive employees were asked to submit a survey to BBJ, where the votes were tallied and the list of finalists announced. Winners will be announced on September 16 at a luncheon at the Marriott Hunt Valley Inn.

  • Frank Blair reaches finals of “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year”

    Congratulations!

    Frank Blair, Managing Partner of Edaptive Systems was elected one of the finalists for the regional 2010 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award. The winners were announced at a gala on June 18 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel.
